On May 2nd we re-entered our building for our 5.PM Gatherings. Read the information below and book now to reserve your seat(s) for this coming Sunday. If you are unable to join us in person, the sermon will be made available early in the following week on our socials.
*If you are on team, you do not need to book a space.*
We are following the Church of England's Covid guidance on how to best prepare for re-opening, and to make ensure everyone in the building is safe. Here is the following procedures that we have put into place:
Monitoring numbers: we have restricted the number of seats within the building, with a few spare to offer to any people passing by. We have done this by ticketing the 5.PM Gatherings (as above), so that we can ensure the safety of our congregants. We now have a waiting list in place on Eventbrite, so if the gathering is full and someone cancels, you will still be in with a chance of attending. We have limited the number of attendees to 22 (un-including team), and will look to increase numbers when it is safe to do so.
Moving around the building: we have taped floor markings, wall signage, and a one-way flow system around the building to ensure safe movement. We will also have a two-metre rule in place.
Track and trace: any person entering the building must check-in on the NHS Track and Trace QR code which is made available on posters next to each exit. If you don't have the NHS APP, we have an alternative QR to scan.
Hygiene standards: every person must use the anti-bacterial hand gel on arrival and exit. The team will have cleaned every touched surface/door handles/toilet facilities/chairs before the gathering, and will clean down after.
Other information: facemasks must be worn at all times, apart from the leader/speaker/worship team, as well as those who are exempt. There will be no congregational singing currently, but the new guidelines allows for more than one singer in the worship band.
